Every Gym goer should carry items like hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, sanitizer spray, disposable tissue, or clean towel with themselves and use them from time to time.

When you go to the gym, your chances of getting infected increases manifold. Hence, carry these items in your gym bag and sanitize yourself well before entering, during, and completing your workout. Avoid touching your face, any time of the day, especially when you are outdoors.
