1.Avoid the gym if you are not well

Whether you are infected by corona or not, if you are not feeling good for some reason, then you should not only avoid going to the gym but avoid going out.

In fact, it is a rule of thumb, corona or not, any person at any time is not in his or her best of health should avoid going to the gym or let us say avoid exercising altogether.

The simple reason is your body is weak and your immune system is down, due to poor health and you may be vulnerable to infection of any kind. You may also infect other people unknowingly.

3.Carry Your Own Sanitization Material

Every Gym goer should carry items like hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, sanitizer spray, disposable tissue, or clean towel with themselves and use them from time to time.

When you go to the gym, your chances of getting infected increases manifold. Hence, carry these items in your gym bag and sanitize yourself well before entering, during, and completing your workout. Avoid touching your face, any time of the day, especially when you are outdoors.

4.Avoid sharing

It is very crucial that gym-goers carry their own gym gear and avoid using devices that are being used by everyone for a few days. Avoid using foam rollers, yoga mats, and exercise balls in particular.
