Avoid Ice Cream at Nights before Bed

Alcohol Abuse

Avoid Consumption of Coffee late at Night

Coffee should not be consumed before sleeping at night. Consuming caffeine before going to bed at night can cause insomnia. Lack of sleep can lead to many problems.
